Surf Better by Wanting It Less

- Buddhist Mindset for the Water -

You've got the board. You've got the waves. But something keeps getting in the way – your own head.
The harder you try, the worse it gets. Sound familiar?

Buddhist masters and top athletes have known this for centuries: flow cannot be forced.
This 90-minute session gives you the tools to get there.

In this session you'll learn:

  • Why wanting it too much is the real problem – and what to do instead

  • Beginner's Mind: the secret weapon of great surfers

  • A guided „Wave Mind" meditation you can use every morning before paddling out

  • One simple 5-minute beach ritual to do tomorrow

This is for you if:

  • You surf at any level and feel your mind gets in the way

  • You want to experience what it feels like to truly let go

  • You're curious about Buddhist philosophy without the spiritual baggage
