Surf Better by Wanting It Less
- Buddhist Mindset for the Water -
You've got the board. You've got the waves. But something keeps getting in the way – your own head.
The harder you try, the worse it gets. Sound familiar?
Buddhist masters and top athletes have known this for centuries: flow cannot be forced.
This 90-minute session gives you the tools to get there.
In this session you'll learn:
Why wanting it too much is the real problem – and what to do instead
Beginner's Mind: the secret weapon of great surfers
A guided „Wave Mind" meditation you can use every morning before paddling out
One simple 5-minute beach ritual to do tomorrow
This is for you if:
You surf at any level and feel your mind gets in the way
You want to experience what it feels like to truly let go
You're curious about Buddhist philosophy without the spiritual baggage
